• 下午5:00前 - Honnmono透過顺豐安排發送Honnmono轉插
• 1O1O客戶專享提前一天領取DC轉插優惠
• 發送後提供順豐追蹤編號

Honnmono並不接受任何順豐站或智能櫃以外的寄送地點,如因客户強烈要求寄送指定地點而不在引致寄送失敗或延誤收件,相關費用及衍生之額外罰款需由客戶承擔同時,如客戶未能準時於順豐站、智能櫃及指定地點收件,客戶需自行聯絡順豐安挑再次派件收件或產生任何額外費用,所有額外費用須由客戶承擔。

1O1O existing mobile service plan personal account customers (“Customers”) must call or WhatsApp 1O1O Personal Assistant during the promotion period to utilise the offer and obtain a designated promo code. Customer must use this designated promo code to arrange Honnmono Electric Vehicle Fast Charger Adapter 3 days’ 2 nights’ rental service (“Honnmono Adapter”) with Honnmono’s customer service team (“Honnmono”). Customer must complete the rental procedure with Honnmono at least three days before the intended use date of the Honnmono Adapter to avoid late return penalties.

Note: Honnmono will refund the deposit within 5 working days after the customer returns the Electric Vehicle Fast Charger Adapter. Honnmono may deduct from the rental deposit the amount of any arrears of losses or damages sustained by Honnmono as a result of any breach of the tenancy by the customer. All additional charges will be deducted from the deposit. If any additional charges exceed the deposit amount (eg late return penalties, repair costs and loss of the charger adapter), the customer shall be responsible for settling the outstanding balance with Honnmono.
Note: Honnmono will refund the deposit within 5 working days after the customer returns the Electric Vehicle Fast Charger Adapter. Honnmono may deduct from the rental deposit the amount of any arrears of losses or damages sustained by Honnmono as a result of any breach of the tenancy by the customer. On or before Aug 31 (minimum 3 working days before use):
• Complete rental procedure and deposit payment before 11:00 AM
• Late payments will be processed on the next working day
On confirmation day:
• 12:00 PM - Honnmono confirms deposit receipt
• Before 5:00 P -Honnmono arranges Honnmono Adapter shipment via SF Express
• 1010 customers enjoy early Honnmono adapter collection privilege
• SF Express tracking number provided after shipment
b) Delivery Arrangements:
• Expected delivery around 12:00 PM next working day to designated SF Express Station or Smart Locker
• If customers choose to pick up the Honnmono adapter in person, they can collect the adapter one day
before the rental period (rental period: sept 3 to Sept 5
• If Honnmono adapter is received at the SF Express Station or Smart Locker,the renta period will be calculated from the day after the package arrives (rental period: Sept 3 to Sept 5).
• In case of courier delays, customers are advised to contact SF Express directly for inquiries.
• Special notes:
Honnmono does not accept any delivery locations other than SF Express Stations or Smart Lockers. lfthe customer strongly requests delivery to a specified location and it results in delivery failure or delays,the related costs and additional penalties must be borne by the customer.Furthermore, if the customer fails to collect the package on time at the SF Express Station, Smart Locker,or designated location, the customer must contact SF Express to arrange for redelivery or bear anyadditional costs incurred. All extra costs must be covered by the customer.
